HATHA VINYASA YOGA
A course runs for a term of 12 consecutive weeks (not including INTEGRALARTS holidays) with a predetermined beginning and ending date. With the Registration Option A_Studio, in the case of absence, it is possible to make up your missed session Online, on any other course day within the term period prescribed by your Course Registration with the "Online-Alternative-Option". If you are registered for Option A_Online, the flexibility to make up a missed session on any other day Online is included in your registration.

PRE- & POSTNATAL YOGA
A course runs for a term of 10 consecutive weeks (not including INTEGRALARTS holidays) with a predetermined beginning and ending date. In the case of absence, it is possible to make up your missed session on another course day Online within the term period prescribed by your Course Registration with the Online-Alternative-Option.

PRIVATE CLASSES FOR YOGA / MEDITATION / GYROTONIC / DANCE & MOVEMENT
During highly individualised private classes, each client's own goals and circumstances are taken into account and integrated into a personal program.
A single private class, by appointment, lasts 55 minutes and costs 69€ for a trial session, and 82€ for following sessions.
10 class package:

within 16 weeks for 790€
