What is GYROTONIC®?

The Gyrotonic Expansion System is based on a sequence of exercises taken from yoga, dance, swimming and gymnastics. The individually adjustable machine is recommended by orthopedic specialists and chiropractors in the USA and Europe as being more valuable ergonomically than any other equipment used in physical therapy. According to sports physicians, it reactivates the entire neuro-muscular system and strengthens the ligamentous connections. The circular, spiral movement on the machine is dynamic and yet gentle. The continuous, flowing movement releases the joints from any constrictions of the ligaments or muscles.

FITNESS AND CONDITIONING

The Gyrotonic Expansion System achieves optimum physical results at all levels of vitality and fitness. Cardiovascular fitness improves, the body's energy flow is boosted and there is an increase in stamina, strength and flexibility. Another benefit is enhanced levels of concentration.

CHILDREN

The Gyrotonic Expansion System is ideal for the openness and flexibility that a child's body naturally has. Improved motor skills and lots of fun are guaranteed.

SPORTSPEOPLE AND DANCERS

For anyone who does sport or dances either professionally or for personal own enjoyment, the Gyrotonic Expansion System offers the ideal training program.

SENIORS

The Gyrotonic Expansion System can be adjusted to suit all levels of mobility and fitness. It soothes the symptoms of arthritis, back pain and stiffness in the joints.

Private classes

During highly individualised private classes, each client's own goals and circumstances are taken into account and integrated into a personal exercise program.

A single private class lasts 60 minutes and costs €45.

10 classes within a 3-month period for €430 (advance payment)

An appointment cancelled less than 24 hours (weekdays) before the class is due to begin will be charged at the agreed rate.
